Mantra

ॐ अग्ने नय सुपथा राये अस्मान् विश्वानि देव वयुनानि विद्वान्

Om agne naya supatha raye asman vishvani deva vayunani vidvan

O Agni (divine fire), lead us by the good path to prosperity — O Lord, knower of all our actions, drive away the deceitful wrong path within us; we offer thee the highest words of praise. (Yajurveda 5.36 / Isha Upanishad 18)

How to recite

Begin pre-dawn with snan and Sandhya Vandana facing east. At sunrise, perform the morning Agnihotra/Havan with the standard Arya Samaj samagri (ghee, hawan-samagri, sugar, dry fruits) using ten ahuti-mantras from the Yajurveda. Read 1-2 chapters of Satyarth Prakash. In the evening, attend the local Arya Samaj mandir's Sthapana Diwas sabha — usually with combined havan, pravachan on the 10 Niyams, and kavi-sammelan or bhajan.

Benefits

Maharshi Dayananda founded the Arya Samaj on Chaitra Shukla Panchami, Vikram Samvat 1932 (April 7-10, 1875 CE) at Kakdi Moholla, Girgaon, Mumbai — declaring the Vedas as the supreme authority and rejecting idol-worship, casteism, untouchability, child marriage, and superstition. The Sthapana Diwas renews the practitioner's commitment to the Dasa Niyam (10 Principles) — particularly Niyam #1 (God is the primal cause of all true knowledge) and Niyam #3 (the Vedas are the scriptures of true knowledge — it is the paramount duty of every Arya to read, teach, listen and recite them).

✦ Special Note

Per the Arya Samaj almanac. The Sthapana Diwas is fixed by the Gregorian date April 10 in most modern Arya Samaj traditions, though some lineages observe it on Chaitra Shukla Panchami of Vikram Samvat (which falls between late March and mid-April).).
