Pragat Brahmaswarup Mahant Swami Maharaj Jayanti — Bhadarva Sud 1 — the appearance day of the current sixth Aksharbrahman guru of BAPS, born in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh on September 13, 1933. The most important utsav for the present generation of BAPS satsangis — the day to take darshan of (or watch online from) the pragat guru. Inaugurated BAPS Hindu Mandir Abu Dhabi (Feb 2024) and continues the worldwide expansion of BAPS.

Pragat Brahmaswarup Mahant Swami Maharaj (Vinubhai Narayanbhai Patel → Keshavjivandas Swami, born September 13, 1933) is the current sixth and present Aksharbrahman guru of BAPS. Initiated as parshad by Shastriji Maharaj (1957) and as sadhu by Yogiji Maharaj (1961). Designated as guru-successor by Pramukh Swami Maharaj (2012); succeeded as pragat guru on August 13, 2016. Continues the Akshar-Purushottam mission worldwide.

Per the official BAPS calendar (baps.org). Mahant Swami Maharaj typically observes his birthday at Sarangpur (BAPS headquarters) or wherever he is touring. The katha is broadcast live on baps.tv to all BAPS mandirs worldwide. As the pragat (manifest) guru, Mahant Swami's birthday is the most important opportunity each year for satsangis to receive his physical or virtual darshan.
